We work in the traditional architect’s format: Concept, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Supervision.

But we encourage an informal dialogue from the earliest concept of the home, and just anytime anyone has a question.

Once the Concept has developed far enough, we make information available that helps answer two basic questions—will the design meet aesthetic and performance guidelines, and at what cost?

We provide at least three pages of drawings:

• Supply and Return locations for design review and framing coordination 
• Complete HVAC plans 
• Air and Insulation Control Layers
